ANOTHER MESSY PLAYTIME...

When we see a messy baby or kids...we will always say the mother of the kids do not know how to look after them...

BUT...

Little that we know....a messy kid who is playing with mud...or even spread the whole chocolate on her face is actually learning MORE than a very tidy kid....

We often scolded our kids of the dangers playing with mud...the sand...or anything that related to MESSINESS!!! but we have forgotten how we used to play through the rain...running our finger  through the sticky sand.... playing with grasses.....

WHY WONT WE LET OUR KIDS BE KIDS???

I have to say i am a strong believer in letting my daughter exploring messiness....so if im making a very messy activities....it is definitely MESSY!!!

so this week...i tried edible fingerpaint with Saraya and with my niece.... i took this idea from Asia's blog.. You can check the full instruction by just clicking the link down there...

Here...i present to you how my little baby girl at 8 months enjoying it!

The ingredients : carrots+flour, dragonfruit+flour and blueberries+flour...however the blueberries do not really creates blue colour...hahah

You wont believe how much this girl loves to taste everything...and since this is edible...im pretty sure this is pretty awesome even for the adult to eat!!

Hahaha...nothing much to say except MESSY!!!!!!!!!!MESSY!!!!!MESSY!!!!

Afther the activity i had to wash her thoroughly coz the residue might will be a tantalizing invitations to our little insect : ANTS!

and i never wish to replace my state of happiness with money...career...or any important matters which society asked us to believe....

Because when im with my family...i can see the future of my career

I can see the future of my money..

I can see the future of my education...

And everything else...

because I'm a firm believer in

A HAPPY FAMILY MAKES AN EXCELLENT FOUNDATION IN ANYTHING...

I don't care if  others pursue their master or phd...

I don't care if  others  already advanced their career...

I don't care if others already earning more than 6k...

I dont for now...

I dont wanna chase things that is just temporarily stay..

and ignore gifts that God gives to me...

And because nowadays life is too short...

I just wanna enjoy the quality time with Le Familia...

Ever heard of a phrase 'Whatever theirs now are not meant for you now'

so...im just gonna chill my precious time with my state of happiness and just wait for these advancement later in my life...

perhaps once Saraya is quite big :) ill go and chase my other dreams

SIMPLE RICE PLAY

Well Hello There!!!!

I have been quite busy few weeks then...so today just gonna update my blog with what i did during last last weekends...

as always...i will try to browse fun at home with kids because there most of the ideas are simple and very easy...u dont even have to buy most of the stuffs...simple dig somewhere inside ur house...

so there is a post entitled simple sensory games and one of it is Rice Play...it is so simple and so cool because it will also attract ur pet to join!

im not so good with speech...so let the pics do the talking

p/s : i played this with Saraya before my husband came home and the house wasss a little bit messyyyyyy

so i put few spoonful of rice into a baking tray and some of Saraya's shape sorter :) She immediately grab those rice!!! just watch her fingers

THEN.......................

aaahhhhhhh...the texture feels a bit rough...( i think that is what going inside her mind)

She put her fingers into the baking tray and let her fingers running through...amazing that she did not try to eat those rice :)

gotcha!! what are u guys actually...so thin and small yet does not look tempting at all..

Well...they do not look so tempting because they havent been coloured dear Saraya...
My daughter was trying her very best to investigate it...

Let it go! Let it go! and see what happens!!! the very curious face of my cheeky Saraya :)

Looks like an entity is trying to double up the fun!! owh...thats my cat...his name is Tiger....he tried to play along...but i shoooshhhh him coz he might gonna kill himself with all those rice!! Saraya did not even bother Tiger's existence because she is in her own world now....

So daddy left us that night because he had a meeting with his friend..the wet tissue box that i've cleaned on previous day looked okay now...hurm...maybe i can play with Saraya using the box and investigate(as if im an investigator) whether she likes it or not..

IITS A STICKY STICKY THING!

do you love sticky stuffs?

i bet you don't...so do i!!

HOWEVER................................

MY BABY DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this week....i tried playing sticky sticky game with her....not sure the definition of enjoying here...well...apparently she did not show that smiling face...but she studied the contact paper very deep and concentrated....really....

Saraya....when she is on her own element...she will show it via her face...this is her feeling sticky and weird ... haha..

what's this....it makes my finger glueddddddddd!!!!!

i tried to paste that contact paper onto a smooth surface...however the double sided tape that i used cannot held this contact paper nicely...Saraya can simply grabbed the contact paper and crunched it right away...so i was thinking...why dont u hold it and play it like that....

tryingggggg tooooooo tearrrrrrrrr thisssssssss thinggggggggg...buttttttttttttttttt it kept on stickinggggggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

 

now...remember i told you guys She loves licking things and try to eat it...well...i really hope she will not eat that contact paper...HOWEVER....i was wrong people!!!! she managed to taste a bit of the sticky thing!!!haha...a baby has to do what a baby need to do i guess...

so...that's her...tring to eat sticky stuff....hahah....

to wrap up....she enjoys ( studied ) that contact paper for at least 15 minutes!!!

u sure this is an inedible stuff mummy???

haha...my baby...at 7 months...so many new things she explore and trying to impress my hubby and i...we enjoy doing diy things with her...but my only constraint is that i can only do this activity during weekends since im working from 8-5 weekdays... but i tried my best each day to play with her anything...yes!!! ANYTHING...u name it...because i believe our baby deserves the very best from us..including TIME..

Pom Pom Plays

POM POM IS VERY EASY....BEAUTIFUL....AND FUN!!!!

i love pom pom play...so does Saraya......only one word....FUN!

"okay...i see....its black and very small...perhaps i can put it into my mouth"

Saraya..she loves making mess....but it a process of learning for her....

As cheeky as she can be! look at her....im so surprised that she did not put those poms poms into her mouth! amazing!

As easy as it sounds...all u need is POM POM and boxes or used bottles....i also put some of those pom pom into a mineral bottle...u have to wash and dried it beforehand :) however...she licks that bottle....sigh...................

That's why i cant wait to get my VOSS bottles from AMAZON! they are BPA FREE..

once again...if u have an older baby...maybe you can give those pom pom and prepare a laundry basket so that ur baby can insert those pom pom into the holes of that laundry basket ...
